What ILM Leadership & Management courses offer?
The ILM Level 3 Award and Certificate in Leadership & Management are designed for those currently handling management responsibilities, who possibly have no formal management training or qualifications. The additional modules on the Certificate level course are designed to broaden the skills of participants, by sharpening their instincts in leadership matters and providing opportunities to put these skills into practice in real working environments. The course also provides insight in key management areas including team building, staff motivation, workload allocation, and management communication.
