The Academy of Leadership and Management has created an inspiring new partnership with Paragon Executive Solutions to develop a range of programmes and services, aimed at helping businesses to create business benefits through a combination of analysis, consultancy, personal development and executive support. Our joint approach aims to create significant business benefits, facilitated through combinations of Lean techniques, leadership development and executive coaching.

Based on well tried principles, the approach starts with an analysis of the ‘waste’ within your business. There are eight of them, which are:
Our four tiered approach is designed to identify these areas, create plans of action to address them, use well designed, tried and tested approaches to deliver them and then support long term implementation and culture change.
