We are a a Centre of excellence for apprenticeships providing tailored apprenticeship programmes for organisations, groups and individuals.
We offer Certificated learning and career development for all levels and our apprenticeship programmes are Accredited through globally recognised awarding bodies.
Our apprenticeship programmes are delivered through a blended learning approach, tailored to your organisation's needs.
The programmes distance learning courses are provided through a combination of on-line and work based learning to develop a range of leadership and management skills, both formally and through work based learning. Programmes are split into modules, each with a blend of on-line learning and practical activities.
Components of the programme are flexible and can be shaped to the learners and the organisations specific requirements. Components can include:
Our Apprenticeship programmes involve assessment for certification, this can be either integral to the programme or as an optional extra. All of our programmes provide full support for End Point Assessment.
Our Initial Skill Scan is an initial assessment, linked to the relevant apprentice standard that will:
A learner completes an initial assessment as part of their onboarding process. This determines their eligibility to process. This is followed by a one-to-one process with the apprentice and their tutor, once the apprentice is on-programme, leading to the development of an individual learning plan.
The learning plan and progress against the relevant apprentice standard is monitored regularly throughout the learner's journey through the programme.
All learners will be required to provide evidence of relevant certification.
For learners who cannot provide evidence or did not reach the standard, there will be an initial assessment to determine learning needs.
One-to-one sessions with a Functional Skills Tutor and work towards examination(s).
Our Learner Management Team are the cornerstone of our work. They provide ongoing support for programme progression, delivery and accreditation, including performance data for our clients.
The Learner Management team act as the central communication point for all our learners. They are always available for communications and for answering questions, large or small, that learners, clients and awarding bodies may have, at any point in the learning journey.
As with all our programmes, defined progression routes are available to further qualifications and higher education.
