ILM report - Leading through challenging times

This year has been incredibly difficult for many, with the outbreak of COVID-19 having a devastating impact on businesses across the globe. Many companies are fighting for survival as a result of continued disruption, and managers have truly been put to the test. At The Academy of Leadership & Management we focus on developing leaders, managers, coaches, mentors and business advisers through practical work based and distance learning programs. All of our courses lead to globally recognised qualifications from an awarding body – such as ILM or the Small Firms Development Initiative (SFEDI). We are also an Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE) approved academy. Find out more about our awarding bodies here.
